Bio-CLEANER contains naturally occurring bacteria with enzymes and readily biodegradable surfactants blended to swiftly remove grime, dirt, odour, blockages caused by fats, oil and grease (FOG) which collect It will quickly remove foul odours caused by a build-up of fat, oil, grease and waste, and prevents the odour from returning with regular maintenance.
Bio-CLEANER is an excellent cleaner for all hard surfaces including bathrooms, showers and toilet blocks dispose in the urinal or toilet if no urinal is present. Over time the regular dosing of the urinal will slowly remove uric crystals removing the need to use harsh acids.
Bio-CLEANER has a pleasant long-lasting fragrance.
Bio-CLEANER can be diluted up to 50-1.

Biological cleaning – the next generation of cleaning from BioChem Solutions.
Unlike traditional bacteria based liquids which remain impotent in the water column, our patented foaming system and foaming products allow active constituents to remain in the ‘inter-tidal range’ where common issues lie.
HOW IT WORKS AND WHY:
Liquid bacteria work - just not as effectively in the fast flowing water column. Liquid based bacteria require large concentrations to make a difference and are quickly flushed away down stream requiring constant re-dosing – a costly exercise that’s not viable in the practical world. Through the use of an expanding foam, concentrated bacteria and readily biodegradable surfactants, we are able to target the problem areas – the inter-tidal range, walls, equipment and top of pipes.
By elevating the product to these areas of interest, the triglyceride hard fat is converted to a liquid mono or diglyceride fat which is now available to all populations of bacteria in the system, further enabling the effectiveness of the treatment.
