OMG!!! Wow....umm....I have been in Sales, Retail, Wholesale, Hospitality etc etc for decades and I have never come across such awesome Customer Service and Communication.We had a small issue with a small product and provided them with feedback. We thought that was the end of it. But no, the team fully investigated, kept on communicating, removed the product from sales, and replaced with another product. Guess what, it was a simple microfibre cloth. If they do this for a cloth, then it proves that they take their business seriously.You rock. I have always believed to "exceed the customers expectations" and you certainly have. Beyond words
